Accomodation

The reception will be open from 6 to 7:30 pm. Participants will find in the entrance of the administrative building “Batiment Cécile DeWitt” the lodging plan with the name of their chalet and their bedroom’s number. They will be able to settle in their bedroom. 

Note: there is no key and all buildings have an access code. The access codes will be sent individually before the beginning of the session.

The participants will be accomodated in eight buildings, in individual rooms with private sanitary.

Weather conditions

Due to the geographical location of the school, in mountainous areas at and altitude of about 1,100 m, we remind you that equipment is essential, especially at this time of year. Expect snow and a relatively cold weather. Despite the rapid climate change, snow tires and / or chains for vehicles and clothing and shoes adapted to the snow are still required to fully enjoy the place.

WiFi

WiFi is available into every building. The best connection is by EDUROAM but we can provide individual WiFi access code to everybody.

Miscellaneous

The school of Physics is designed to favour networking, discussions and general exchanges among the participants. Conference rooms, a library, printers and computers can be used in the main building.
