Restaurant

The first meal is the dinner on Sunday, June 12. Please make sure you have lunch before arriving at the school on Sunday afternoon. The last meal is the lunch on Friday, June 17.

All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are included in the accomodation price (450 euros for the whole week). 

Meal times are the following:

• Breakfast: from 7.45 AM to 8.45 AM
• Lunch: from 12.30 PM
• Diner: from 7.30 PM

A welcome drink is offered at the restaurant at 7pm on Monday, and a festive “Savoyard” Dinner is proposed on Thursday.

Coffee breaks

Tea, coffee and cookies are also included in the accodomation price, on a serve yourself basis during the breaks.

Evening bar

There is a bar in the school where the organizers strongly encourage the participants to socialize, network and exchange with potential future colleagues or advisors. Beer is available, but must be paid on the spot in cash. If you want to enjoy this service, make sure to arrive at the school with the necessary amount of cash in change. In case of emergency, there is a cash machine in the village of Les Houches. However, it lies further down from the school in the valley at about 2.5 km. The walk to the village from the school is about 20 minutes downhill, and the return is about 40 minutes (more in case of snow, which is expectable at this time of year), and the tight schedule might not allow the participants to too many trips in that direction.
